My Boundaries

Physical boundaries:
- I am okay with touch with close friends.
- I do not want any sort of touch when I have used one of my porcupine emojis, I am overwhelmed at that point. Often when I am upset or anxious sudden hugs are seen as invading my space!Emotional boundaries:
- Respecting that I can not take on stressful information suddenly and I need to be asked if it's a good time.
- I need my feeling appropriately responded to when you have a chance. I do not want to be dismissed or responded to negatively when I am already anxious or paranoid. If I am acting out of proportion, please gently inform me afterward when I am stable and able to intake that.
- When I am angry, I need clear responses. Please do not clutter the sentence with analogies. Simple and to the point is best!!
- Never attack my paranoid or anxious thoughts. It is a chemical imbalance, not a problem with you. You may ask after an anxious episode, but most of the time my anxiety comes from previous relationships, not you.
- I do not like having things promised to me that are not highly sure to happen.Time boundaries:
- If we are close: I need to be informed of your time boundaries!!!
- I need hours that I'm at work to myself. Replies and conversation during those times is a treat and not a necessity.
